Probably you are not an openjdk/jdk committer (so am I, I know the struggle :)). I've tried to assess this problem in the initial message[1] with doing Pull Request. I don't think I can pull anything from your repo into the sandbox, because formally it has unclear OCA status. But I think it would be fine to pull something from a Pull Request after it has passed OCA checks.
