Draft quarterly report for Q1 2014

Hi Dalibor,

I'll second Martijn's comments - this looks great!

I wanted to ask whether we wanted to report on the number of 
outreach/evangelism events we run under the group banner? For example, 
Mani and I ran a OpenJDK 'Early Adopters' Hackergarten session across 2 
days at the recent JavaLand Conference, and I fairly sure Mani has also 
presented an OpenJDK session within his company.
