Draft quarterly report for Q1 2014

They are retrospective. The bylaws say at
http://openjdk.java.net/bylaws#group-lead

"The obligation, once per quarter, to publish a written report
summarizing the recent activities of the Group."

Since we had not had a dedicated discussion on plans and aspirations
for this quarter during Q1, I'd prefer to leave a 'Next Quarter Plans'
section out of the Q1 report.

For future quarters, i.e. starting with Q3 coming up in July, I'd
suggest that I start a 'plans and aspirations' thread in the last month
of a quarter - that would be June in Q2 for content related to Q3.

cheers,
