Proposing projects for OpenJDK

What about having a look through the OpenJDK codebase looking for tools
that are orphaned / abandoned? There are some, I can think of a couple at
least.

Once we've identified them, a group of us could look at the tool, and reach
consensus as to whether we think they're useful enough to salvage - and
either patch them up to date or make a recommendation to remove them from
the codebase.
