Mission Statement for the Adoption Group for OpenJDK

Hi Martijn,
I like Steve's Mission Statement, it sets out the purpose & objectives
and the measure of success.
Daniel's suggestion of a Vision statement needs to focus on the human
values, reducing the stress associated with the current barriers to
contributions etc.
