Proposing projects for OpenJDK

I can definitely see Richard's point, and although it would be great to 
get the (for example) Betterrev project officially recognised, I think 
we should probably wait for feedback and a few iterations before making 
any moves.

Just to raise an implicit question in Richard's email, would having a 
project become part of OpenJDK mean that it would move to the Oracle 
repos? If so, then Betterrev and the (awesome) Lambda tutorials would 
definitely be best left outside of this, because they both strongly rely 
on the social coding model.
