Mission Statement for the Adoption Group for OpenJDK

Hi all,
I know Martijn's been very busy with his house move, and so I'm not
going to hassle him, but has any one else had time to look at the
proposed mission statements? :-)
Feel free to offer your 2 cents/pence, or make suggestions :-)
