Mission Statement for the Adoption Group for OpenJDK

Hi all,

I'm with Steve on the fact that I also like the word 'champion', but Ben 
and Antonio do both make very good points about the use of the word in 
this context, and so it's probably best to remove it here.

I like the latest proposal by Steve, although I would be tempted to 
remove the word 'premier', as including this could imply that there are 
various levels/divisions of projects within OpenJDK (which might be 
true, in which case I'm happy to be corrected? :-) )
