Mission Statement for the Adoption Group for OpenJDK

I think you got my intention - it was meant in a casual sense, and not a
mandatory thing. But when everyone does a little bit of that, it feels we
are supporting and holding the community and initiative together but that's
just my humble view! Definitely don't wish contributors to run away from us.
