Jigsaw/Penrose contribution

Hi Martin,

Welcome aboard! Unfortunately no-one else is involved in helping out with
Jigsaw/Penrose at present, mainly because we haven't seen the initiative(s)
get kick-started post Java 8 release.

Let me contact the leads for those two projects and see what's going on.
