Access to cr.openjdk.java.net enablement

Hi all,

A big improvement would be to have a simpler access to the cr.openjdk.java.net <http://cr.openjdk.java.net/> as person who has signed the OCA and is also listed there, in order to submit a patch. The creation of the webrev at least for me personally is not such a big problem. Do you think this can be improved somehow?
