FOSDEM Java dev room submission

Hi,

the deadline [0] for the FOSDEM Java dev room is approaching fast, so 
while I have submitted a session on QA Outreach with Rory, I wanted to 
check if there is interest in having a separate general Adoption Group 
session, as we did last year.

If that's the case, I'll ask Mario to submit a proposal.
