Hi all,

We had our OpenJDK hackday at the Salesforce offices in London, continuing
our trend after a short break post the Hackday in June (during Devoxx UK).

Plenty of social media interactions:

We split into groups of three:
1) Build and infra scripts for Betterrev
2) Front end for Betterrev
3) Building and testing OpenJDK (Beginners and intermediate)

A lot came out of it, all teams were making good progress as you can see
from the resources below. Richard Warburton was working on his patches for
the OpenJDK and pairing with a few people.

The build & testing team tackled some OS related issues whilst getting
setup and a few of them were working on visualising the code-base to
understand it better.

The next one is already planned for *October*, see
http://www.meetup.com/Londonjavacommunity/events/198900352/, and we are
looking forward to it.

A whole lot of us from London are getting ready for JavaOne, and will be
presenting in the Java and OpenJDK space - keep eyes open.

Cheers,
Mani
