I think that this is a very good idea.

I put up a preliminary, draft wiki page at
https://wiki.openjdk.java.net/display/Adoption/JDK+9+Outreach with some 
initial content that covers issues that might come up in testing and 
preparing one's code for JDK 9 based on the experiences we collected as 
part of the Quality Outreach effort.

There is a lot more to be added, and I'd welcome your feedback and 
suggestions.
