JDK 9 Outreach updates

I took part in an Eclipse Hackathon in Hamburg, and updated the outreach 
page accordingly. [0]

There are a few more items that feedback is being asked on various 
OpenJDK mailing lists to add in the next round of updates - code style 
guidelines, JAR signer API and public APIs for internal Swing classes 
are items I plan to add.

As usual, please let me know if there is something else that should be 
added to the wiki page.
