Updating OpenJDK project pages

Hi all,

I recently worked with Brian Goetz & Gavin Bierman to update the Valhalla
project page (http://openjdk.java.net/projects/valhalla/), which explicitly
sets the "resources/goals/tone/how to build" for that group (and its
projects).

One of the major aims was to guide new visitors to the Adoption Group for
assistance if they get lost, can't find a sponsor, don't know what mailing
list to use etc.

I'd like to propose that I/we overhaul all of the OpenJDK project pages
(working with the appropriate group/project lead) to help set goals, show
resources and most importantly offer a place for them to go if they get
stuck.
