Updating OpenJDK project pages

Hi,
if I remember right, at the time when we set up our PowerPC/AIX
project one of the annoyances of the project page was that it couldn't
be updated by somebody outside Oracle. That's why we finally decided
to put all our project information in the Wiki and only place a link
to that Wiki on the project page.
If it's still impossible for externals to change their own project
page, I don't see how we can effectively maintain and update them.
Regards,
Volker
