Draft Quarterly Report for Q4 2014

Hi Dalibor,

Thanks - we should probably include the slightly controversial build farm
hosted at CloudBees we have for OpenJDK on Ubuntu and code-tools projects.
It probably needs to be bought up with the Governing Board since it
breaches a By-Law?

It almost sounds like we need to sponsor a build-farm project...
