Hi Martijn,

I don't believe so. I'm not a "Group Member" of AdoptOpenJDK yet under the
OpenJDK bylaws so I imagine only the initial members were added to the
Cloudbees.

Happy to manage an OpenJFX/ARM build instance if you want to grant me
permissions.
