JDK 9 Outreach

Hi Dalibor,

Coming back to your updates for JDK 9 Outreach I don't see a mention about
JAVA_OPTS option -XX:MaxPermSize=..., this behaves differently in Java 8
than in Java 9 EA.

For e.g. we get an error like this:

Unrecognized VM option 'MaxPermSize=256m'
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

Is this already be covered somewhere? So they should ensure all their
XXX_OPTS variables do not contain -XX:MaxPermSize in it.
