Fwd: OpenJdk Mirror for Github

I believe that's a great idea, and I'm not sure why this hasn't been
done.

Github is simply what most developers are using at this moment.  It
doesn't have to be a better workflow for a read-only mirror to have
value.

Apache, I believe, came to the same conclusion.  Many of their projects
are mirrored on Github.  https://github.com/apache

I suspect you can accomplish a 3rd party mirror by using Hg-Git
http://hg-git.github.io/

Setting up hg-git on a tiny instance somewhere might be all that's
needed to do this if I'm not mistaken.
