Fwd: OpenJdk Mirror for Github

There's lots of OpenJDK process that GitHub / BitBucket don't support which
is why we're experimenting with Betterev to see what it would take to
provide an OpenJDK workflow with Pull Requests.  Betterrev is more of a
thought experiment than an actual solution BTW.
