Updating OpenJDK project pages

Hi all,

Further to this - I'm asking web-discuss to see if they're willing to:

1.) Put together a list for the group/project leads so they can be
approached for initiatives like this.

2.) Place the web pages in source control so that people can submit patches
to them

---------

Whilst I agree the wiki is more convenient there still have a couple of
issues with this approach:

1.) It's a poor experience for a new developer coming into a project/group
and seeing a more or less blank page with a redirect to a wiki.

2.) The same edit/rights issues remain with the wikis, in that Adoption
Group members who are willing and able (under content guidance from the
project/group) to keep those pages fresh and relevant are unable to do so.

Cheers,
Martijn
