jtreg jenkins builds 4.1 and calls it 4.2-snapshot

Hi Martijn,

Thanx for fast response. I've just created an account via github, login 
TheIndifferent, email baiduzhyi.devel at gmail.com.

I am confident but I would not like to do something without approval, so my 
plan is to check current build configuration and propose changes to this 
mailing list first, and apply them if there will be no objections.
