Providing hsdis binaries

Hi Mani,

hsdis or it's replacement should definitely be under CI/CD as binutils is
updated periodically with changes to support CPUs in the IoT domain (ARM,
MIPS, etc.).

If I can get a GPLv3 replacement for the OpenJDK hsdis code working I'd
like to distribute the compliant binaries with JITWatch so that the
sandbox can support PrintAssembly out of the box.

I'd have no problems with it also being a build project in CloudBees but
there should be a separate download page/site with instructions as this CB
page https://adopt-openjdk.ci.cloudbees.com/view/AdoptOpenJDK/ is not
user-friendly.

On a related note, a clean (incognito) Google search for "build OpenJDK"
returns no first page results for the Adoption group. The first result
that references Adoption is your own WordPress blog post at the bottom of
page 2. Perhaps one of the agenda items at a future hackday would be a
little SEO? Happy to help here.

Cheers,

Chris
