Quality Outreach - the old list of hosted projects at Cloudbees

Hi Martijn,

I'm fine if you want to drop JITWatch from the Adopt cloudbees.

I'll start building it on my VPS that already bakes nightlies for OpenJFX
/ JDK 8 / JDK 9.

Probably a good idea as now I can build+test against the bleeding edge and
report back to quality outreach.
