Quality outreach: JOSM and OpenJDK adoption

Hi Vincent,

I will add your Project to the outreach wiki [7], I take it you will be 
the contact to list on the site ?
What versions of the JDK  are you testing against, would you like me to 
send you email when
a new EA build is available ?

The report [8] is created every 6 months , next report in Feb'2016 .
