Thank you to everyone who responded to the survey!  We received nearly 2500
responses.

The next steps are:
 - Publish the results of the first survey, so everyone can see all the
comments;
 - Start the next round of survey, which allows everyone to respond to
comments posted in the first round, and post additional comments.
