Hi Will,
Thanks for volunteering! Most of the work happens on the various Slack
Channels (which are archived and made public so that mailing list only
folks can see what's going on). I've sent you an invite.
There are multiple repositories for the project:

https://github.com/AdoptOpenJDK/openjdk-api - The API for getting builds etc
And a host of others (mirrors of jdk8u and jdk9 forests + some other helper
repos)
