Hi all happy HotSpot developers!

I have moved a large part of the HotSpot wiki pages from our internal wiki
to the OpenJDK wiki and aded some new stuff as well. I hope that these
pages will be helpful both for describing how to do things, and for
explaining some of our internal process that may affect how things work.

As I moved these pages I had to update all links etc that binds these pages
together. If you find a broken link, or something that looks like it should
be a link but isn't, please let me know. Also feel free to send me requests
