By the time of Java 11?

Will they be complete enough to allow all of the primitive operators
on themselves?

Will there be some numeric value types included alongside?

Would there be one with a pro extensible (infinitely changeable limit)
number of integer and decimal places, positive or negative?

With algebraic and transcendental functions lib support?

Will Jep 306 be implemented anyway?
