As alluded to in Rémi's session "bug changes notification to public", it
is possible to get RSS updates on bugs on JDK bugs in JBS *without*
having an account in JBS.

To get RSS updates on a particular bug, go to
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net then Search, Advanced search. Use "issue =
JDK-8123456" with the bud id of interest in the query and go to "RSS
(comments)" in the query results. No login required. Note that this feed
is for comments on the bug; as far as I can tell, there is not a RSS
feed for state changes on the bug.

Thanks to Tony Squier for the detailed tip for getting a feed on a
particular bug.
