Sorry for the late reply, many of us are involved in various release teams
for OpenJDK downstream providers and it was release week this week :-).
Yes, core-libs is the right place to go for that doc fix. You can't use
attachments but if your patch is very small then you can propose it to
the list. Ask if it's correct (both semantically and syntactically!) and
then ask for a sponsor.
