Associating an existing OCA signature with a GitHub Account

Hello

I'm trying to contribute to OpenJDK through GitHub [1]. I have
previously signed the OCA and my Name and Username is listed on the OCA
signatores list [2]. As I'm not yet a Author, Committer or Reviewer I do
not yet have a JBS account and can therefore not open a bug [3] to
associate my GitHub user. Somehow bridgekeeper is not recognizing my OCA
signature and I don't know how to proceed.
