CFV: New Amber Committer: Srikanth Adayapalam

I hereby nominate Srikanth Adayapalam (sadayapalam) to Amber Committer.

Srikanth is a member of the langtools team who's looking to join Project 
Amber and help out with the pattern match implementation [3]. A list of 
most of his OpenJDK contributions is available at [4].
