Constant descriptor resolved too soon during constant resolution?

Sorry, I was kind of lost in my own train of thought there. What I'm 
saying there is wrong, and you are right that the `MethodHandle` 
argument should actually be a descriptor, which is actually also what 
the fix I suggested does.
