ANN: Java 11 in IntelliJ

Unfortunately, according to
http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/amber-spec-experts/2018-June/000709.html
Raw String Literals won't make it to the java 11. Thus I am disabling
existing support (move it to the X, the place for all experimental features
ever supported by IDEA). Existing projects which used the feature have to
be migrated manually, sorry for the possible inconvenience.
