Hi Mark,

As Brian said you can clone the `records-and-sealed` branch and update 
to a changeset before we started extracting the bits for the new 
`records` branch. I would say you can safely update to changeset:

changeset:   58339:798ffaa498fb
branch:      records-and-sealed
user:        chegar
date:        Tue Oct 15 15:41:11 2019 +0100
summary:     Align serialization implementation with draft proposal .04

you probably wont have all the latest bits but it will be very close to 
the latest code.
