Keyword of the pattern guard

Hi all,

At the current proposal instead of the && guards a "when" keyword will be
used. I would like to ask isn't it possible to use the "if" keyword
instead? It would be shorter and perfectly matching to the role of a
pattern guard. Do we need a new keyword? (I guess it won't be a reserved
word, only a contextual keyword.)
