New candidate JEP: 456: Unnamed Variables and Patterns

Hello Mark,

Thank you for posting this! Very excited to see this come out.

Is this the first time a JEP has jumped from Preview to GA with only one
round of Preivew? I know the default is 2 rounds, and then there are some
like Sequenced Collections that don't require any preview at all.
