[amber-docs] RFR: FAQ [v2]

> I'm not married to the format. The hard work, of finding the discussions and linking them inline, has been done. Just want to make sure that we get SOMETHING out there, so that we can have a definitive place to link new folks too when they have questions, for further reading.

David Alayachew has updated the pull request incrementally with two additional commits since the last revision:

 - Update _index.md
   
   Need to update it here too.
 - Update and rename simple_source_files_and_instance_main_methods.md to jep_495_simple_source_files_and_instance_main_methods.md
   
   Names change, and people seem to know this more by the JEP #, as opposed to the name.
