Draft Spec for Fourth Preview of Pattern Matching for Switch (JEP 433) and Second Preview of Record Patterns (JEP 432) now available

The draft spec has been updated with type inference for record patterns.

For now - following some feedback - we’re pausing the thought of adding type inference for type patterns using a diamond form. [I’ll post separately about this shortly - we should discuss this possibility further.]

This covers all the changes for these JEPs *apart* from the proposal to infer type arguments in patterns. This will be added and announced shortly.
