This project will host the JDK 7 Mercurial repositories, which were made available yesterday. Over time, as more of the JDK development process moves out into the open, additional information such as integration and build schedules, milestone definitions and dates, and development tasks and status will be made available. Proposals for specific features will also be welcome. I will serve as the initial Moderator of this Project. - Mark From mr at sun.com Wed Dec 12 08:38:52 2007 From: mr at sun.com (Mark Reinhold) Date: Wed, 12 Dec 2007 17:38:52 +0100 Subject: New Project approved: JDK 7 Message-ID: <20071212163852.E8C7B2789B5@eggemoggin.niobe.net> Per the interim governance guidelines for Projects [1] I'm pleased to announce the creation of the JDK 7 Project [2,3] following the Build Group's decision [4] to sponsor it. - Mark [1] http://openjdk.java.net/projects [2] http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/announce/2007-December/000049.html [3] http://openjdk.java.net/projects/jdk7 [4] http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/build-dev/2007-December/000608.html From Joe.Darcy at Sun.COM Fri Dec 14 10:52:58 2007 From: Joe.Darcy at Sun.COM (Joseph D.
