OpenJDK Community Bylaws: Ratification vote begins tomorrow

The vote to ratify the OpenJDK Community Bylaws will start at 16:00 UTC
on Tuesday, 14 June 2011 [1] and end at the same time two weeks later,
on Tuesday 28 June 2011.
