OpenJDK bug database status update: bugs.sun.com now backed by JDK JIRA instance

Hello,

A quick progress report on the OpenJDK bug database: the bug pages 
displayed by bugs.sun.com are now generated from JIRA instead of from 
the legacy bug tracking system. [1]  As a consequence, bugs created and 
bug updates made since a JIRA instance become the system of record for 
the JDK [2] are now visible on bugs.sun.com.
