seats of the OpenJDK Governing Board have been ratified [1].

All openjdk.java.net servers (bugs, cr, hg, wiki) will be unavailable
tomorrow for a scheduled upgrade.  The servers are expected to be
offline Friday 22 April 6pm-10pm PDT (Saturday 23 April 01:00-05:00 UTC).
