bugs.openjdk.java.net offline this weekend

The JDK Bug system, bugs.openjdk.java.net, will be offline 
this weekend for an upgrade. 

The upgrade is expected to occur Saturday 13 February from 
05:00 UTC to 08:30 UTC. (US/Pacific: Friday 12 February 9pm 
to Saturday 13 February at 12:30am)

If a repository push would normally trigger an update to 
bugs.ojn (e.g. hgupdater), the bug change will be queued.  
Expect it to occur once the system is back online.
