According to the Bylaws definition of Lazy Consensus, this is sufficient 
to approve the new Project and its initial Lead.

(Three "Vote: yes" emails were sent by people not eligible to vote since 
they were not members of the members group.)

We?ve enabled HTTPS for {cr,hg,mail}.openjdk.java.net, and
for openjdk.java.net itself:

  https://openjdk.java.net

Please try using HTTPS with these subdomains, and report any
problems to ops at openjdk.java.net.  After we shake these out
for a couple of weeks we?ll configure redirects and policies
so that these subdomains are HTTPS-by-default.

JDK 11, the reference implementation of Java 11 and the first long-term
support release produced under the six-month rapid-cadence release model
[1][2], is now Generally Available.  We've identified no P1 bugs since we
promoted build 28 over four weeks ago so that?s the official GA release,
ready for production use.

GPL-licensed OpenJDK builds from Oracle are available here:
