The CFV for Project Wakefield [1] with Phil Race as its initial lead has 
now concluded.

Valid votes cast by OpenJDK members per the census [2] are as follows:
Yes : 22
Veto : 0
Abstain : 0

According to the Bylaws definition of Lazy Consensus [3], this is 
sufficient to approve the new Project and its initial Lead.
