Migration of mail.openjdk.org to Mailman 3 on Monday, 23 February

Hi.

We are migrating mail.openjdk.org to Mailman 3 on Monday, 23 February
beginning at 16:00 UTC (8:00 AM PST) [0].  We anticipate it taking up to
9 hours.

During this time, we will transfer the existing configuration of all mailing
lists to the new server and begin importing the list archives from the old
server.  Skara notifications and their associated JBS updates will be
suspended temporarily.  We recommend that you refrain from sending mail
directly to the lists, as we cannot guarantee delivery.

Once migration is complete, Skara notifications will resume.  Depending
on repository activity, it may take several hours for the Skara bots to
complete processing.

The archive import will take a few days.  We will provide a link to the old
archives while the import is in progress.

If you are a mailing list administrator or moderator, you will be contacted
when your mail.openjdk.org account is created.
